Payment Issues

Payment Failed?
There could be several reasons why your payment didn’t go through. Don’t worry — we’re here to help! Please email support@hairflicker.com with the subject line “Failed Payment” and include:
- Your name and email
- A screenshot of the error (if possible)
Note: A confirmation email with your order number is only sent once your order is successfully placed.

Didn’t Receive Order Confirmation?
If you completed your order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, contact us at support@hairflicker.com with the subject “Order Checking”. We’ll verify and resend it for you.

Payment Status: Pending
If your order status says “Payment Pending,” it usually means your payment didn’t go through. You should have received an email with instructions to try again.

Can’t Retry Payment or Didn’t Get Any Email?
Please do not create a new order to avoid duplicate charges.
Instead, email us at contact@hairflicker.com with subject “Payment Pending” — we’ll send you a secure payment link to try again.

Paid but No Update After 24 Hours?
If your payment was successful but your order hasn’t updated within 24 hours, contact support@hairflicker.com with subject “Order Whereabouts”. We’ll verify and ensure you receive your confirmation.


Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes — including shipping upgrades or product quantity adjustments. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checking out.

Hairflicker is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout. For any inquiries, email support@hairflicker.com with subject “Order Support”.


Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Timelines
- U.S. & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & U.K.: 10–15 business days
- Other Regions: 15–21 business days
Note: Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to weather and customs delays.

Shipping Status: Preparing to Ship / In Transit
This means your order has left our warehouse and is on its way!
You’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking to activate.

Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).
- Orders are not processed or shipped during public holidays — they will resume on the next working day.

Why is my delivery delayed?
Delays may occur due to high order volume or safety precautions by us and our courier partners. You can check your tracking link at any time to stay updated.
